We are seeking an experienced UAE National Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment to lead talent acquisition strategies and initiatives for a leading UAE Portfolio company. This key role will focuses on aligning recruitment processes with business objectives.

Description

* Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organisational goals.
* Lead the recruitment process for senior-level positions and ensure alignment with business needs.
* Collaborate with department heads to anticipate staffing requirements and create workforce plans.
* Oversee the employer branding initiatives to attract top talent within the respective industries.
* Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies during the hiring process.
* Drive diversity and inclusion strategies within recruitment practices.
* Analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
