As the VP of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading and executing the organisation's talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talents across all levels.

* Provide strategic direction and guidance to the talent acquisition team, ensuring alignment with business needs.
* Oversee and improve the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing and selection to on boarding and retention.
* Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices, leveraging data and insights to enhance recruitment strategies, processes, and technologies.
* Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to optimise talent acquisition efforts.

* Proven leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing talent acquisition teams.
* Deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employer branding.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
