Well regarded law firm, headquartered in the UK, broad sector focus, particularly strong in relation to projects coming out of Africa
Description
This hire will be expected to get involved in a healthy mix of corporate work, ranging from private M&A and private equity to joint ventures, commercial contracts, foreign direct investments, etc.

This hire will enjoy a broad mix of corporate work in a diverse range of sectors, so will certainly not be pigeonholed. you will be joining a close knit team which has developed a gap at this level, so for an ambitious corporate lawyer there is a golden platform available in terms of progression
Requirements
This hire must be a UK qualified lawyer, ideally with between 2 and 6 years PQE.
