Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The purpose of the job is to provide a seamless and customer focused services for Air Arabia Group’s Uniform Department; ensuring that the corporate image is continuously projected at the highest standard.

Requirements

- Lead junior staff team and guide them with day-to-day activities especially trouble points and situations that may require intervention in order to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain excellent relations with business partners, hub cities and subsidiaries’, including coordination with stakeholder departments
- Generate statistical and logistical information with reference to issuances, inventory level, payroll purchases and consumption reports
- Liaise with the Tailoring Team to identify correct fit; size requirements, made to measure stitching, minor alterations during uniform fittings and ensure compliance to the set standard of uniforms
- Establish and maintains professional and effective relationships with business partners and Air Arabia Group staff and departments
- Take a direct and personal interest in reported injuries, incidents, near misses and hazards to ensure that appropriate reporting, investigation and response is being achieved
- Monitor generic email account regarding uniform backorders, late deliveries or unfulfilled requests and ensure to resolve them at the earliest without any delays
- Identify and recommend continuous improvement/best practice activities in the area of reporting, information flow, business process and organizational planning to the head of department
- Carry out duties and responsibilities as assigned by head of department
