Position Title: Upstream Civil Field HSE Supervisor
Employment Type: 1-year renewable contract
Salary: depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and rotational flight

About the Client:
A leading oil and gas company in UAE
Job Description:
• Physically monitor all field-based contractor activities and ensures compliance requirements are understood and strictly followed for all applicable regulatory, Contractor and Company NOC Policies, standards and procedures
• Assisting the company upstream operations team in the development and delivery of best-in-class operations safety management processes
• Carrying out site HSE walkabouts, inspections and audits
• Reviewing Contractor and Vendor HSE plans, and procedures developed for the respective operations and phases.
• Identifying of HSE hazards, evaluation of risks for all activities and development of effective measures/tools to manage and reduce these risks to ALARP.
• Confirming or verifying level of HSE policy, procedure and standards implementation and compliance on Company’s upstream Civil Construction worksites
• Providing regular HSE performance and site condition feedback/reports to the respective management teams, identifying any gaps, shortfalls, non-compliances and improvement actions taken or needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Hindi, Urdu, and Arabic speakers
• Male,40 to 60 years old
• Degree in Civil Engineering or any related courses
• HSE qualification – minimum NEBOSH General Certificate or any equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ experience working onshore in an HSE capacity within civil/construction or oil and gas industry; at least 5 years’ experience as a client HSE site representative
• UAE or GCC experience is a must
• Candidates must have an upstream and civil works HSE experience
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
