Job description / Role
Act as a focal point in dealing with courts, government regulators / authorities such as Sharjah courts, Dubai courts, ADX, SCA etc..
Collate and compile data, documents and materials required and assist the legal team in managing the Board meeting. Assist with Board and committee meeting agenda and support documentation.
Assist with the maintenance and updating of the Board Portal.Draft, review, revise and negotiate various legal documents in various areas of law as may be required for the operation of the business as directed by the Legal and Commercial Director. Assist in drafting and negotiating complex agreements as may be required for the operation of the business, and as directed by the Legal and Commercial Director.
AED 35,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Minimum Qualifications: BSc degree in Law. Must be licensed to practice law in the UAE.
Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the practice of Law, with equivalent of at least 3 years in a commercial/ Law firm or other relevant civil litigation experience.
Work Specific Conditions: Office based. Works under significant time pressure, at times.
