Job summary
• The Receptionist is mainly responsible for all front office duties and requirements.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
• Direct the Caller and the general public to the appropriate staff member
• Pick up and deliver the mail
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
• Make preparations for delegations
• Welcomes Visitors in a friendly and polite manner and direct them to staff concerned
• Perform any other related duties and support to the HR department
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
• Maintains safe and clean reception and all offices area by coordinating office boy’s activities
Requirements
Candidate requirements
• Age: 23 – 35 Years
• Nationality: Any
• Education: High School Certificate/Degree
• Experience: 2-5 years of UAE experience in general administration
• Experience Level: Minimum 2 – 5 years
• Communication Skills: Strong command of English language
• Computer Skills: Word, Excel and Data base
Other skills:
• Well presented with excellent communication skills
• Have strong customer service, presentation and communication skills
• Able to work and manage a busy reception area
• Driver’s License: N/A
• Availability: Available immediately
