Job description / Role
• Preparation of all type of HVAC system layouts like chiller, ducted and decorative types in high standards, high quality and as per requirements.
• Preparation of Water supply system lay out for domestic and firefighting as per local authority to ensure high standards, high quality and high accuracy.
• Preparation of Drainage system and storm water system layouts as per local authority to ensure high quality, high accuracy and high standards.
• Firefighting system & fire alarm layouts as per civil defense rules and regulations to ensure high quality, high standards and high accuracy.
• Preparation of Electrical Interior and Exterior Lighting layout, light control system, power layout, electrical HV and LV schematic and cable route, load calculations, load schedules, voltage drop and cable calculation, substation details as per the client regulations with high quality standards.
• Preparation of all MEP drawings like printing, binding and filing till final tender stage to ensure accuracy and high standards.
• Coordination with civil department before the completion of the final tender drawings.
• Verify CAD files (ID, as build drawings and MEP).
• Coordinate and verify drawings related to architecture, MEP and interiors.
• Ensure compliance with Secure’s Quality and Environment, Health & Safety policy and procedures.
Requirements
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineer / Auto cad.
• 6-8 years of UAE/GCC experience in Construction/Infrastructure/Oil & Gas/Cabling/Piping industry/Infrastructure/ADWEA/ADDC/TRANSCO field
• UAE Driving License is an advantage
