Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting a UX Specialist on behalf of a leading international brand that are headquartered here in Dubai. The jobholder will work closely with various business streams to champion the latest thinking, industry best practices and an agile approach to defining the end-to-end user experience and usability of the applications.
Requirements
Applications are sought from those with at least 6 years of experience in the fields related to usability/ process experience or customer experience. Candidate should hold a Bachelors degree; with postgraduate degree/ diploma in relevant field of study. Customer experience, user experience or usability certifications from accredited institutions would be preferred. Need to have advanced knowledge and experience with Agile UX methodologies, as well as rapid prototyping, creating personas and defining user stories. You should have advanced knowledge and experience with implementing experience design tools like card sorting, usability testing, SUMI and / or System Usability Score. Must have advanced knowledge of visualisation tools like Adobe Creative Suite and a basic knowledge of process improvement, organisation design, project management and business planning.
