BlackStone eIT is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX writer / content designer to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will craft clear, concise, and engaging content that enhances the user experience across our digital products. You will collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and researchers to create user-friendly content that guides users through our applications.

As a UX writer, you will be responsible for developing content strategies, writing microcopy for interfaces, creating help and support content, and ensuring that all textual elements contribute to a cohesive and intuitive user journey. Your work will define how users interact with our products, making it essential for delivering an outstanding user experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of UX principles, a knack for storytelling, and the creativity to convey complex concepts simply. You will be a problem solver at heart, excited to contribute to designs that resonate with our users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your writing skills and understanding of UX principles.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to write in a clear, concise, and user-friendly manner.
• Familiarity with content management systems and design tools.
• Experience in collaborating with designers and product teams.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design processes and methodologies.
• Excellent research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information.
• A creative mindset and willingness to adopt new techniques and approaches.
• Write or enhance user-facing content such as documents or presentations.
• Create presentations, logos, infographics, explainer videos, and marketing content.
• Support communication efforts across digital platforms.
