Valuations Manager

Job description / Role

Better Homes are seeking to appoint a Valuations Manager to be based in our Head Office in Dubai. You will be required to define and manage real estate projects by conducting valuations and valuation reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build internal and external network of contacts to enhance company connectivity, performance and profitability.
• Manage project financials (including budgets) ensuring timely billing and collection.
• Contribute in the development of new methodologies to address client or company needs.
• Take responsibility for addressing the needs of the client, the company and other stakeholders.
• Participate in real estate market research and demand/supply analysis.
• Conduct feasibility studies to ascertain the viability of any new projects under consideration.
• Provide monthly market updates, which present clients with up to the minute analysis of changes in certain markets and sectors.
• Design corporate real estate strategies, including advice on how to effectively utilise the current holding of real estate assets.
• Analyze equations of impact of real estate behavior and financial, monetary and macroeconomic stability.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Real Estate / Property Valuations.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• Excellent research, financial modeling and financial analytical skills.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of all kind of property acquisitions and merger benefits.
• Excellent communication skills within English. Second language is an added advantage. Both verbal & written.
• Computer skills: proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
• Budget development and oversight experience.
• Excel at operating in a fast pace, community environment.
• Strong people manager, open to collaboration and commitment to get the job done.
• Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
