Position Title: Valuer – MRICS/Assoc RICS
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 17K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
An established valuation and advisory firm in Dubai offering independent real estate valuations across US and MENA region.

• Conduct valuation assignments including inspection, valuation, and site notes.
• Prepare reports from data collected from assignments.
• Maintain database of information by coordinating with the research and valuation team.

Qualifications:
• 35 years old and below
• At least 1 year of relevant experience as valuer
• Must have MRICS / Assoc RICS certificate
• Open to overseas candidates and remote work

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 17,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
