Position Title: Van Sales Supervisor - Traditional Trade
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus, monthly incentive

About the Client:
A leading food and beverage distributor, manufacturer and logistics company based in Dubai

- Lead and supervise van sales reps to achieve sales, coverage, and distribution targets in Traditional Trade, including Self-Service and B-Class markets.
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure full market coverage, product availability, visibility, and correct pricing/merchandising.
- Build strong retailer relationships, negotiate shelf space/visibility, resolve issues, and support trade promotions.
- Manage van stock, cash collection, invoicing, and sales KPIs to drive team performance

- Male, aged 40 years old and below
- Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience in Dubai, with strong knowledge of Lower Trade and Self-Service channel
- Proven supervisory experience handling van sales teams in a field-based role
- Must have a valid UAE driving license with hands-on field experience across Dubai route

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
