Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Selling and Displaying Excellent Customer Service
• Sell and execute all authorized products, packages, packages and promotions by displaying excellent customer service over an established route to regular customers
• Solicit and sell all marketing equipment
• Obtain the best-selling position in the account
• Solicit new opportunities and source ADR’s (Area Development Representatives) support against these opportunities

Merchandising
• Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability and is responsible for regulation rotation
• Fill and rotate all the shelves, displays and equipment in alignment with ERC standards
• Properly price products
• Utilize point of purchase (POP) material

Delivering and Collecting the Payment
• Ensure safe vehicle operations
• Manage daily settlements of cash and collection of payment consistently
• Maintain records including route cards/books.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken including route cards/books

Tracking, Problem Solving and Follow-up
• Record accurate core work measures
• Participate in the problem solving meetings

Requirements

• Nature and length of previous experience: 2-3 years in the same industry
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Selling , follow up and negotiation
• Specialist knowledge: Customer service and sales knowledge
• Language Fluency: At least can read & write English
• Current Location: UAE
