Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Van Salesman to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting and selling our high-quality hygiene and cleaning products to a diverse range of clients in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), Horeca, and B2B sectors. As the face of our company on the road, you will build and maintain strong relationships with customers while driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Drive a company vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting product offerings and closing sales during each visit.
- Manage inventory on the vehicle, ensuring products are stocked, organized, and accounted for during deliveries.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer prospects.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance metrics accurately.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in van sales or field sales, preferably in FMCG, horeca, or cleaning products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Valid UAE driving license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
