Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Join our dynamic team as a Van Salesman and play a vital role in driving sales and customer satisfaction within the fast-moving consumer goods and hygiene sector. Based in Dubai, you will be the face of our company, delivering products directly to clients while building strong, lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute daily sales routes to distribute hygiene products efficiently across assigned territories in Dubai.
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and promotions to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels in the sales van.
- Collect payments and handle invoicing promptly and accurately.
- Identify potential new customers and opportunities for sales growth within the territory.
- Report daily sales activities and customer feedback to the sales management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during all sales operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as outdoor or van sales, preferably within the FMCG or hygiene industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai market and customer base.
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Physically fit to handle the demands of loading and unloading products.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
