Contract duration: 24 months

Qualification and Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
8+ years of experience in procurement inspection within the oil and gas sector.
Familiarity with major codes and standards used in oil and gas.
Familiar with ADNOC standards and codes.
Language preference: English.

Services Description

• Coordinate vendor inspections to meet project timelines.
• Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality documentation, and vendor procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformances, corrective actions, and delivery status.
• Issue inspection release notes and support logistics in arranging shipment post-inspection.
• Ensure vendor compliance with quality and project standards.
• Act as a liaison between vendors, inspectors, and project teams.
• Monitor and address inspection deviations or issues.
