As a Venture Capital Analyst, you will play a key role in both investments and portfolio management

Client Details

Our client is a dynamic venture capital firm based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in early-stage tech investments (Pre-Seed to Series A) across international markets. With a hands-on approach, they provide not just capital but also strategic guidance, incubation, and portfolio support to high-growth startups. The firm fosters an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director and gain deep exposure to venture investing.

Description

* Deal Sourcing & Analysis: Identifying promising startups, conducting market research, and evaluating investment opportunities.
* Due Diligence: Assessing financials, business models, and competitive landscapes.
* Investment Execution: Supporting the deal process, from term sheet negotiations to closing.
* Portfolio Management: Working closely with founders to provide strategic and operational support.
* Incubation Support: Assisting in the development of new ventures within the firm's incubation ecosystem.

Job Offer

* 1-3 years of experience in Venture Capital
* Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial modeling and valuation.

* Prior experience working in VC is a must.
* Already based in the UAE with full working rights.
