Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a luxury Italian retail brand who is looking to hire a VIC Expert to be based in Dubai.

You will have a broad understanding of the customer profile and will have the ability to connect with the local luxury industry. You will lead in the development of the store client network and uphold brand image whilst ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is maintained. The role will also involve organising and attending events in order to stay connected with VIP clients.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have at least 7 years' experience in the luxury retail industry alongside an ability to build client relationships and relate to various cultures. You should have a proven ability to drive sales and previous experience dealing with high profile clients.
