Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Principal Functions
- Accountable for Planning and delivering channel operations & tools across the channels that will enhance the customer experience, simplify the internal user experience & create resource efficiencies in a sustainable way.
- Responsible to develop and pilot the new concept & roll out the new stores across channels and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure, timely delivery of projects & clear measurement of results.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accountable for Planning and delivering channel operations & tools across the sales channels
- Oversee channel programs budget line, ensuring all deliverables are met & mapped against KPI’s. Ensure necessary training provisions for all staff are accounted & regular training is adopted & applied to increase performance.
- Lead and ensure the delivery of projects/programs on time, on budget & at the agreed quality levels.
- Develop & deliver continuous improvement in all areas of customer interaction with product & simplifying store team operations regarding merchandise.
- Develop strategy across the UAE for Direct & Franchise stores to enable the business to make decisions on the priority & target locations that Etisalat should have a presence in with each particular format of store.
- Work closely with Retail Sales Management, ensure store operations & store design go hand in hand.
- Instigating & supporting all appropriate activities, which further enhance the value of Etisalat retail to the customer.
- Developing & delivering people focused programs that make Etisalat a better place to work that will help maintain good people & motivate them to do the best for their customers, their own development & results for Etisalat. This will include developing & delivering such programs.
- Explore the areas of best practice, both within the telecoms industry & externally, to support best choice of solutions and lead continuous improvement of delivered systems where appropriate to enhance results
- Identifying best practice & rolling out across stores.
- Develop & deliver continuous improvement in all areas of customer interaction & providing store teams with the training to achieve this.
- Instigating & supporting all appropriate activities which further enhance the value of Etisalat retail to the customer.
- Develop strong cross functional relationships to ensure the retail programs team gain support & provide support to other appropriate functions
- Build & foster a strong team working environment in line with Etisalat values

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- 8 -10 years of experience in people management, consumer engagement & sales results
- Candidate should possess good communication skills
- Candidate should have good inter-personal skills
