Description
Key responsibilities for the role include:
* Establish and lead the HR function for the regional hub in Dubai
* Drive alignment of HR policy, process, systems, and onboarding across multiple countries
* Partner as part of the senior HR leadership team
* Oversee APAC and support their continued growth
* Build workforce planning, performance, mobility, TA, and compliance frameworks
* Lead TA transformation, reducing agency reliance and building in?house capability
* Ensure compliance across ME & APAC labour jurisdictions
* Support large?scale hiring for new openings and expansions
* Act as strategic advisor while remaining 90% hands?on in operations
* Strengthen culture, engagement, values, and leadership effectiveness across regions
* Serve as catalyst between sub?regions, ensuring consistency and alignment
* Travel to key sites as needed across ME & APAC
* Contribute to succession planning for future senior HR leadership roles

Requirements:
A successful VP HR should have:
* A relevant degree or professional HR certification.
* 10-15+ years HR generalist experience across multi country environments
* Strong Dubai and wider Middle East HR experience (essential)
* Hospitality, service, retail or fast-paced consumer facing sectors preferred
* Experience opening new locations or properties
* High cultural awareness and ability to work across diverse regions
* Hands-on operator comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
* Achievement driven, solutions-focused, low-ego leadership style
* Strong stakeholder management with executive-level exposure
* Ability to build teams, mentor regional HR leaders, and operate in lean structures
* Comfortable travelling across ME & APAC as required
