Description

AHS, a front-runner in the real estate industry, is seeking a strategic and visionary Vice President of Sales to lead our sales operations to new heights. As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth while fostering innovation and best practices throughout the sales organization. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the real estate sector to join a dynamic and forward-thinking company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability goals
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, cultivating a high-performance culture focused on results
  • Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure team success
  • Build strong relationships with clients and strategic partners while identifying new business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and positioning
  • Collaborate with marketing to design integrated campaigns that align with sales objectives
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports on sales performance and forecasts to the senior leadership team
  • Ensure sales training and development programs align with the strategic vision of AHS
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior sales role, ideally as a VP of Sales in the real estate industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with a focus on growth and customer engagement
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decision-making
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful sales strategies
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage high-level client relationships
  • A commitment to leading by example and promoting a collaborative team environment
