Vice President - Programme Management (Airport Development and Corporate Portfolio)

And our Corporate Planning team creates strategy so that we're agile enough to respond in a fast-evolving industry.

JOB PURPOSE

- You will direct the delivery of the Dubai Airports portfolio programmes, providing insight into strategic intent, progress, resourcing and associated risks of projects to the Dubai Airports business sponsor and leadership team
- You will strategically participate in Dubai Airports strategic plan and its execution process, by effective contribution at investment planning stage to understand the "problem definition" , possible design scenarios" solutions" and potential programmes that could fit within and matching their main strategic outcomes, in order to ensure strategic sourcing for the defined projects over the programme life cycle
- To direct and promote corporate business readiness and stakeholder management of Dubai Airports business activities (Portfolio and Business as usual), providing leadership, corporate aggregation, frameworks and resources that ensure effective and sustained change delivery.
- Your team management skills and experience will provide leadership that can stretch beyond Strategy and Development, as well as with DAEP delivery partners, by demonstrating the success on time delivery for Dubai Airports defined outcomes.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION

MBA is an added advantage. You should hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree level in a discipline related to business administration or related field with a Project management qualification. It is expected that you will have been in a senior leadership role for 10 years and above.

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

Strong Experience in managing change delivery and stakeholder management at different engagement levels. Planning and management of large-scale and complex airports projects in all its components infrastructure.

YOU SHOULD ALSO HAVE:

- Financial knowledge including concepts and applications.
- Understanding of the complexity and challenges of driving/building a project delivery culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills leading to a consultative approach within a corporate/multi functional environment.
- Experience in working with diverse cultural groups.
