We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to spearhead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth in the competitive Dubai real estate market. As a strategic leader, you will build and nurture high-performing sales teams while developing innovative strategies to optimize sales performance and enhance client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales department, managing a team of sales professionals and providing guidance to achieve company sales goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company's growth objectives and market trends.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive leadership team, analyzing team performance and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on market positioning and product offerings.
- Mentor and develop the sales team through regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's market presence.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales leadership in the real estate sector, with a minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably in high-end property markets.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate landscape, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach to relationship management.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities to interpret data and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
