Job description / Role
We are looking for an inspiring leader – Vice Principal for our British Curriculum School in UAE, with energy and commitment; who recognizes the potential of our students; has a visible leadership style and will work with our staff to continue the school’s work to develop an aspirational learning environment for our whole school community.
• He / She will be responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe learning environment that meets the approved curricula and mission of the school. Inherent in the position are the responsibilities for scheduling, curriculum development, pastoral care, extracurricular activities, personnel management, emergency procedures, and facility operations.

Professional Requirements
• Proven record of successful instructional leadership at the secondary level
• Master’s degree in education.
• KHDA/SPEA inspection exposure.
• Native English Speaker
