Quest Search & Selection is working with a leading publishing and they are currently looking for a Video Production Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Job Description

As the Video Production Manager, you must perform the following duties

· Preparing policies and strategizing plans for project scopes;
· Working closely with the Production Team;
· Managing and overseeing video pre-production planning and on-site production activities for video clients;
· Delivering high quality product whiling ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget;
· Identifying best practices for video and evolve daily operations;
· Overseeing video collection to ensure all media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtained;
· Monitoring video performance across all divisions and platforms by analyzing customer feedback and data from multiple analytics platforms.

Requirements

Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Video Production Manager)

· Minimum 5 years' relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience;
· Knowledge of shooting and editing videos;
· Demonstrated skill with video editing software platforms;
· Extensive knowledge of video production equipment;
· Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills .
