Job description / Role

- Capture high-quality video content across various platforms, ensuring clarity and professionalism tailored to the target audience.

- Edit raw footage into compelling narratives by selecting and integrating audio, graphics, and effects that enhance storytelling.

- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project goals, ensuring all visual content aligns with brand identity and messaging.

- Conduct pre-production planning, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and location scouting to optimize efficiency and creativity.

- Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring all tools are in top working condition to avoid disruptions during shoots.

- Implement effective lighting and sound techniques during shoots to elevate video quality and viewer engagement.

- Create and maintain a video archive system for easy access and organization of past projects and footage.

- Utilize video analytics tools to assess performance and viewer engagement, using insights to inform future content strategies.

Desired candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in visual storytelling.

- Minimum of 3 years of professional videography experience, demonstrating a strong portfolio of diverse projects.

- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, showcasing technical expertise.

- Knowledge of cinematography principles and techniques, ensuring high-quality video production standards.

- Physical stamina to handle equipment and work long hours on set, maintaining energy and focus throughout production.

- Experience in live event coverage, highlighting adaptability to various shooting environments and real-time challenges.
