Job description / Role

We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. You will play a key role in capturing high-quality video content that showcases our property listings, enhances our brand presence, and engages our audience across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for property listings, promotional campaigns, and social media channels.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually compelling videos.
- Manage post-production processes including video editing, color correction, sound editing, and adding graphics or effects.
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio tools.
- Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style and quality.
- Stay updated on the latest video trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously enhance video production quality.
- Coordinate shoots on location across different properties within Dubai and ensure timely delivery of final videos.

- Proven experience as a Videographer within the real estate.
- Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Excellent knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and sound techniques.
- Creativity and keen eye for detail in framing and storytelling through video.
- Own camera equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality video work, particularly in real estate or similar fields.
- Driving licence and car with availability to travel to various property locations within Dubai for shoots.
