Village Manager (Property Manager)

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Village Manager to oversee and manage our property portfolio within the investment management sector in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient property operations, maintaining high resident satisfaction, and optimizing property value through strategic management and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the village properties to ensure smooth functioning and maintenance.
- Manage tenant relations and handle any issues or disputes promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring properties are kept in excellent condition.
- Develop and implement property management policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
- Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with investment and asset management teams to enhance property value and maximize returns.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Lead and develop a team of property management staff to achieve operational goals and deliver excellent service.

- Proven experience in property management or village/community management within investment or real estate sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Solid understanding of property management practices, including maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations.
- Knowledge of UAE property laws and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and implement cost control measures.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required
