Job description / Role
Our client is an established retailer in the region and are seeking an experienced VIP and Protocol Manager who will manage the VIP customers. In this role, you will be taking care of most valued customers in order to maximise the revenue, but also increase our database
You will be communicating with VIP customers via email, WhatsApp, telephone and through visits. You will also be able to attend different events with those customers. Being the first person of contact for those valued customers, you will be the face of the brand and you will contribute to its success
AED 18,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: commission
The desired candidate will have a university degree in marketing or business studies and a minimum of seven years of related experience working with VIP clientele. The person should have excellent presentation skills, and B2B sales experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Arabic are essential. The person should have the capacity to build strong relationship with customers, preferably with account management experience, strong organisational and prioritisation skills and knowledge of Microsoft office are also required.
