Position Title: VIP Experience Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: 22K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Benefits: Service charge and OT pay

Job Description:
-Act as the primary liaison between the bar and its VIP clientele.
- Personally invite and host guests from your own database, ensuring a consistent high-end crowd and repeat business.
-Build and maintain long-term relationships with key guests, influencers, and socialites.
-Coordinate guest bookings, reservations, and special requests, ensuring seamless service.

About the Client:
A newly opened chic cocktail bar by a leading F&B group, set in one of Dubai’s most prestigious locations.

Qualifications:
-Open to Arabic nationality
-Male, 23 to 45 years old
- At least 3 years’ related experience in the same industry
- Must have existing database of VIP guests, influences and high net-worth individuals

Salary:
AED 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
