VIP Relations Executive
Are you passionate about providing best in?client management and VIP treatment? We are seeking a VIP Executive to build outstanding and unique relationships across the region for Dolce & Gabbana.
The Role
Being the direct point of contact for VIPS & VVIPS. Overseeing data capture of all the network. Training and supporting store teams on private appointments and tracking qualitative data. Managing all operations for gifting for VIPS and others. Building relationships with VIPS when travelling to Milan. Using personal database to increase VIPS & VVIPS.
Senior Brand Marketing Executive and Retail Manager, working closely with marketing team for all work. This role will require travelling for fashion shows twice a year bringing VIPs to Milan. Keeping track and reporting on VIPS, private appointments, personal shoppers, gifting is essential.
Requirements

Education/other skills
* Bachelor's degree
* Excellent communicating and writing skills
* Strong interpersonal and listening skills

* Delivers creative solutions that generate revenue
* Trouble-shooter - problem solving skills
Previous Experience
* Hospitality background/Luxury retail preferred
* Financial/budget management experience
* Database of VIP clients is essential
* Client management experience essential
* VIP guest relations experience
Linguistic Skills
* English: required
* Arabic: preferred
