Visa Officer

Job description / Role

- Major User in VISA Computer Program (Tasheel, EDNRD, Natawasal)
- Perform all the necessary actions on hiring the employees with definite and indefinite time labour contracts; follow all the necessary procedures so that the company is in compliance with existing requirements set by UAE labour law.
- Monitor the on-boarding of the associates in order to provide all necessary documents for their work permit as well as their residence visa from our company.
- Prepares and maintain the associates files
- Work closely with PRO for the completion of the visa tasks
- Inform the associates for the status of their visa process
- Assists in recruitment process the Staffing Consultants when is necessary
- Responsible for visa processes
- Monitoring the status of applications
- Keep track of expirations and inform employees and clients for renewal process.
- Ensure MOL offer letters are prepared in accordance with SLA.
- Ensure associates are informed by email communication about each steps of the process and timelines.
- Ensure tracker is updated and maintained in real time and is 100% accurate.
- Ensure the company is compliant at all times and portals are topped up to ensure business continuity and blockages do not happen.

Requirements

- At least 2 years working experience as a visa officer or PRO in recruitment agency or company with high volume visa transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to achieve desired results in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
- Ability to interact with various management levels
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Energetic, flexible, team working spirit
