What we are looking for: VISUAL MERCHANDISER COORDINATOR
What you’ll do:
The Visual Merchandiser Coordinator guarantees accurate and qualitative brand image according to company guidelines through all point of sales in the United Arab Emirates.
•You will be responsible for the management of the VM updates for the UAE market: dispatch of information to the stores and Retail Managers, validation of planograms and simulations
•You will look after the local Production of Visuals : coordination with suppliers, follow up and installation
•POSM : you will coordinate the production for small elements, follow up and dispatch to stores
•You will undertake Market Visits
•You will follow-up on all the maintenance requests coming from the stores or the Retail Managers
•You will order any requested or damaged POSM elements and follow-up on its installation
•You will follow up with suppliers on all the maintenance issues
•Movies production: You will be responsible for preparing movie loops and database update
•You will update the store database, according to the openings, closings and renovations as it is on what our forecast and dispatch are based
•You will update the Image database
Admin & Reporting’s
•You will be responsible for the creation of monthly reporting’s regarding Dior's animations, on counter activations for all the launches and competitors’ animations.
•You will follow up on budgets, invoices and payments to suppliers

What you need to succeed in this role:
We see success in the role as having a strong knowledge of the luxury consumer, the competitive landscape of the luxury industry and a creative mindset which will constantly elevate our ability to acquire new customers, retain existing customers and continually drive sales in the luxury/lifestyle category through consumable content.
More specifically, we would love to hear from you if you can say yes to the below:
•You have good proficiency in Microsoft Office and good creative skills
•You possess good Communication skills and are a team player
•You have good time Management skills, autonomous and rigorous
•You are pro active, organized and detail oriented
•You are fluent in English, French speaker is a plus
•Driving license (mandatory to visit the points of sales across the country)
•You have a Master’s Degree, with a former experience in Merchandising in the Perfume and Cosmetics industry
