Job description / Role
• Responsible for managing the visual merchandising across all stores to deliver an effective and commercial visual standards, including store layouts and window displays, that support brand and marketing initiatives.
• Deliver and maintain exemplary standards of visual merchandising including promotion, recommendations and implementation.
• Work with the Store Managers and their teams to lay out effective store and window displays within the company and brand guidelines.
• Develop and accurately implement all company Visual Merchandising policies
• Use appropriate styling techniques and the correct visual elements in the relevant areas.
• Plan and implement window display guidelines.
• Plan and implement seasonal launches and events on time.
• Conduct planning to ensure stores are frequently visited and monitored to maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Conduct surveys/ monitor competitors and understand the latest trends in visual display.
• Liaising with teams such as buying, design and marketing to create POS materials, design themes and plans often months in advance, including window and in-store displays, signage and pricing concepts.
• Training in-store visual merchandising / sales teams to interpret the guidelines and training them in the execution of the visual concept.
• Collect feedback and suggestions from staff and customers.
Requirements
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Visual merchandising in retail or fashion industry (Preferably from Jewellery)
• Must be proficient MS office package compulsory (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD are a plus)
• Must be excellent in communication skills both written and verbal.
