Job description / Role
Charterhouse exclusively supporting a Luxury RTW Brand which is currently looking to hire a creative and experienced Visual Merchandiser to be based in Dubai, supporting stores within the Middle East region.
This role will report to the Visual Merchandise Manager and will support multiple stores across the region, travelling to Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain.
The main purpose of this role is to implement the HQ visual merchandising strategy in Middle East region, ensuring a high level product display and that the visual merchandising of all products maximises their sales potential.
You will be responsible for the creation of appealing and eye-catching visual displays and windows installations that lead the customer through the entire store. You should keep up to date with the latest seasonal trends and conduct competitor store visits.
To be considered for this role, you must have minimum 2-3 years’ experience working as Visual Merchandiser for an international luxury fashion brand. The ideal candidate is highly creative, has an exceptional attention to detail and a passion for fashion and retail.
You must have excellent communication skills in English and a capability to interact with the international team on a high level.
This role requires someone who can be flexible to adapt around the needs of the business and frequently travel between GCC countries.
