Visual Merchandising Technician

Job description / Role

As an assistant to the Visual Merchandiser, you should be able to work in a fast passed ever changing fashion/lifestyle environment, teamwork, high standards and communication are shared values and key to the role.

You will:

• Be dedicated to routine and high standards
• Support the store and warehouse teams by replenishing and renewing all products in all areas of the shop floor
• Be meticulous about the standards of the store
• Be flexible in your approach to the working week and tacks ahead
• Plan, prepare and implement regular store zoning and rotations in consultation with Store Management
• Visit competitors and report best practices
• Work with the store team to support regular events
• Have firm knowledge of all brands and products

Requirements

Key Performance:

• Achieve targets in turning around shop floor brands
• Achieve set target for stock accuracy regarding replenishment and price tags
• 100% accuracy on signage requests
• Seamless set up for events and performances
