Job description / Role
Responsible for the smooth flow of the operation of the daily warehouse and VM office works concerning activities. Able to understand display, fabrication of the animation, office works and inventory methods and procedures.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Making sure that monthly of the VM team schedule submit on time to retail coordinator.
• Updating store lay-out, shop pictures and sending monthly sequel in the system on time.
• Preparing for the entire permit beforehand for the brand animation installation and VM works in the POS and Boutiques concerning display activities.
• Prepares PowerPoint presentation for all the brands and animation installation of display which VM Manager requires.
• Receiving shipments, checking new delivery and moving display materials to the allocated location as per the brand standard distribution (open, packaging and labelling display materials before they dispatched from the warehouse office)
• Helping to ship out display materials being used from the events to the headquarters
• Moving & organizing stocks in the warehouse and operating forklift if needed.
• Contacting logistic team & coordinating dispatch and delivery
• Removing hazardous products from the warehouse.
COMPETENCIES:
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy packages and objects.
• Experience of Excel, Microsoft Word
• Willing to work overtime at short notice.
Requirements
• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of retail visual merchandising office assistant experience
Job Knowledge :
• Have excellent numeracy, literacy and organizational skills
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy packages and objects
• Ability to follow processes and procedure accurately
• Experience of Excel, Microsoft Word and other related office software
• A comprehensive understanding of safety procedures
• Meeting tight deadlines
