Description

* Define and implement enterprise-wide data strategy and architecture with scalability and security implementations.
* Oversee the development of data platforms supporting reporting, advanced analytics, and machine learning.
* Guide the team with the creation of data products and solutions to deliver actionable insights for users.
* Establish governance frameworks for data quality, compliance, and security.
* Collaborate with o senior stakeholders across technology and business units to embed data into strategic performance improvements.
* Build and mentor a high-performing data team aligned to business needs.
* Oversee budget planning for the data division, ensuring strategic investment in technology and personnel.
