VP - Digital Platforms

Define the technological roadmap for all digital services and platforms, aligning with group strategic direction to ensure continued leadership in the digital domain to deliver a superior customer experience. This role is responsible for overseeing the development, operation, and evolution of critical digital platforms, including mobile applications, web technologies, and e-commerce solutions.

Description

* Define the vision and roadmap for digital services and platforms from a technology perspective.
* Lead the development and operations of group digital platforms to ensure market leadership.
* Steer the implementation of key mobile applications and web technologies, including e-commerce platforms.
* Evolve and scale digital platform infrastructure to create new revenue streams.
* Establish and lead Agile delivery for digital platforms, collaborating with design studios.
* Develop advanced digital analytics capabilities for insights and real-time penalisation.
* Lead the operations and support of mission-critical and innovative digital platforms.
* Manage the budget (CapEx & OpEx) for the Digital & Innovation domain, ensuring alignment with plans.

* Experience in leading and motivating large technology teams (100+ members) and managing vendor relationships.
