As a VP - Growth & Strategy you will:

* Build and manage a team that is relentlessly focused on driving the growth of the business
* Run the strategy around growth for the company
* Involve in idea creation & innovation
* Involve in business expansion strategy and oversight

Requirements

You will need to have:

* Consulting background, who has been a decision maker in strategic formulation /initiatives
* Extensive experience across ecommerce, marketplaces in developed and emerging markets
* Leadership and change management skills
* A dedication to continuous improvement
* Strategic problem solver who is an effective influencer with a high degree of business acumen
