Job description / Role
We are looking for a Vice President Asset Integrity for Borr Drilling Ltd.
The VP Asset Integrity will be responsible for the integrity management of our fleet of rigs in accordance with Borr Drilling's standards. The candidate will be working with our management team and based in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain equipment maintenance plans for our fleet of rigs
• Develop and maintain Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for all assets
• Responsible for maintenance of assets in accordance with the maintenance plan
• Responsible for budget and ensure continued maintenance cost control and budget forecasting
• Responsible for meeting client equipment requirements, safety requirements and the following regulatory and classification requirements
• Ensure that our fleet of rigs meet contractual requirements
• Monitor and report on key project parameters to key stakeholders, and ensure focus on continuous improvements
• Ensure that Borr Drilling's maintenance system is understood and implemented
• Ensure that Borr Drilling project principles and procedures are followed
• Assisting in developing and maintaining client relations, including responding quickly to meet customer needs
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher from a technical college or university
• Minimum of 10 years' international experience from engineering/asset management roles with the offshore environment
• Time management and planning skills to achieve planned targets
• Proactive towards internal and external stakeholders, including the client and Borr Drilling's Management
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) with the ability to work with clients, internal onshore teams and offshore personnel.
• Ability to prioritise and manage daily situations related to operations, personnel, the client and local labour issues
• Willingness to travel
