Description

* Manage end-to-end executive hiring, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
* Partner with leadership and internal teams on talent strategy and employer branding.
* Develop a high-touch approach for stakeholder engagement across multiple verticals.
* Ensure best practices in executive search, market mapping, and talent pipelining.
* Negotiate offers and ensure seamless candidate onboarding.
