Waiter

Job description / Role

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service to guests in a fine dining setting. Key daily responsibilites will include:

* Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a warm welcome
* Provide guests with menus and assist with any questions or concerns
* Take orders and enter them into the POS system accurately
* Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
* Monitor guests' dining experience and anticipate their needs
* Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly
* Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Requirements

The sucsessful candidate must be confident in meeting the following critea:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter in a fine dining restaurant
* Excellent knowledge of food and wine pairing
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
* Customer-focused attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service
* Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
* Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
* A diploma in hospitality or any related field is desirable
