Position Title: Waiter
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6.3K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A prestigious, luxury 5-star hotel located in the heart of Dubai, renowned for its exceptional service and world-class hospitality.

Job Description:
• Take and relay customer orders to the kitchen, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted and deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and correctly, ensuring that all items meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
• Provide attentive and courteous service, addressing any customer needs or concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Prepare tables for new guests by setting utensils, napkins, and glassware, and clean tables thoroughly after customers leave.
• Process payments, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and issuing receipts, while maintaining accuracy in billing.

Qualifications:
• Male, 38 years and below
• At least 2-3 years’ experience as waiter in a luxury or high-end restaurant
• A high school diploma, degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
• Knowledge and experience in a pre-opening phase of a restaurant is highly desirable.

Salary:
AED 6,300 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
