Waiter (Arabic Speaker)

Join our vibrant restaurant team in Sharjah as a Waiter who speaks Arabic! We are looking for a dynamic and friendly individual to provide excellent customer service while attending to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all preferences are noted.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
- Manage multiple tables and provide attentive service to all guests.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

- Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Salary:
AED 1,500 to 1,700 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
