Waiter (Middle Eastern Cuisine)

Job description / Role

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Present menus, provide detailed information on menu items, and offer recommendations when appropriate.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
• Ensure tables are properly set and clean before and after each guest.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and attend to any additional requests or issues.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Shift Timings:- 9PM - 6AM

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a WAITERS in Dubai or within the UAE.
• Must have the knowledge with Arabic menu, international menu or Mediterranean menu.
• Strong communication skills in English is a must.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional at all times.
• Friendly, approachable, and guest-oriented with a confident demeanor.

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
