Job description / Role

Quest Search & Selection is working with some of the coolest restaurants in UAE and Bahrain are looking for unique, young professional waiting staff and hostesses.

You must have experience in quality restaurants and we are willing to consider international candidates (must have a good level of English communication).

The restaurants are very busy and expect quality service and personality!!! Quality training will be given on site.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Please note this is not QSR or fast Casual dining, applicants from these backgrounds shall not be considered.

The clients are looking for European candidates to maintain the brand authenticity and the mix of nationalities in the companies.

Expected Qualities:
• Maintain high service standards and quality at all times.
• Have great customer service skills and have real passion for great service.
• Big Fun Personality!!
• Have experience in a high volume, large scale, fast paced establishment.
• Good level of English communication.
• Hard working and proactive
• Single status preferable (family packages are not included at this time)
• You should be driven to exceed expectations
• Confident and charismatic personal qualities
• Good team player, supporting to team members and management

Package provided are competitive within the market and will vary depending upon experience. All come with a Basic salary, Accommodation allowance, Transport, Flight home, health insurance.
