Job description / Role

Waiters or Waitresses are responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests. They play an important role in guest satisfaction as they are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. They greet guests, take meal orders and ensure smooth communication between the dining area and kitchen.

Duties:
• Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
• Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
• Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with customers
• should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.
• should also be available to work in shifts.

Requirements

Minimum Acceptable Required Qualifications:
• Fit to work
• Europe origin
• Should have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role
• Must be 18 years of age at time of appointment.
• College/University level
• Customer oriented
• Communication and Listening Skills
• Computer skills
