Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve the guest by NOVOTEL standards of food and beverages in terms of quality, presentation, sanitation in a gracious and professional manner.
- Follow up daily outlet operation task by helping and acting.
- Display aggressive hospitality through positive personality with both guest and fellow associates.
- Take pride in all facets of service with a clean professional appearance and keep a sparkling clean dining room at all times.

- Self-motivate by consistently focus on guest satisfaction & deliver service excellence.
- Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
